Back in the day when we ended a game we could restart with everything unlocked, but this game does let you do that. So i made a saved game that puts you on the start with everything unlocked. There is 2 versions of this saved game "Unlocked" and "Unlocked Extra" The Unlocked Puts you right after the Prologue and the Fulton Recovery Tutorial (By Ocelot) With over 700+ Items already unlocked (Only items that require a Specific Specialist in Motherbase are locked - About 25 items locked) *You can remove the specialist lock by editing EquipDevelopConstSetting.lua The Unlocked Extra has all the above, plus about 40 S++ Members and the 4 Botherbase building are already Maxed at 4/4 Install Location: Steam\userdata\<steamid>\311340\remote\

The game is 100% completed, all missions are completed at rank S with all goals. All animals are caught, all developments are open and there is Silent as a partner. If you can't find this folder, simply enter "CODEX" in the search and you will find the folder, throw all the folders with replacement and you're done.
