This save contains "good karma" and level 19 character.

After loading a save, you will find yourself near Vault 101, you have 30 levels, and you can wear power armor. - All paramatry S.P.E.C.I.A.L. pumped to 10. - All skills are pumped to 100. - Collected all the perks, except for "The Way to Heaven," "The Perfect Balance" and "Road to Hell", because with them you will not be able to take all teammates in the game. - Collected the best weapons and armor, including items from the official add-ons.

This save starts in Megaton. Story quests are intact. Character level 30 (Male Caucasian) SPECIAL stats are near max. All abilities acquired (except some from quests) Lots of unique equipment, but not all. All bobbleheads except two (in Vault 101 and Raven Rock) Completed all DLC (except Broken Steel) Defuse the bomb in Megaton Started all side quests (except the Vault 101 quest) Partner "Dogmeat" is standing at the entrance to Vault 101
