Save before the final boss at dungeon level 16. I played the Hellfire add-on without mods, GOG version 1.01.
Mage level 26. Not enough money. There were no unique items (gold) at the end of the game; there were some during the game, but I had to sell them. I didn't use cheats.
Unpack the archive and save it to the game folder.
